The Travel Program forcuses on the dedicated volleyball athlete who strives to perfect her skills, mental astuteness, and personal physical abilities to achieve the next level of play.  EDGE provides quality physical, mental and leadership training.  This is the ideal option for athletes who want a highly competitive training environment! 

 TRAVEL TEAM COMMITMENT

Our travel teams participate in the SCVA Tournament schedule which runs from January to June with 1-2 tournaments per month on either a Saturday or Sunday.  The final tournament, Regionals, is a 2-day (Saturday and Sunday) tournament.  The team (coach, players and parents) may choose to participate in the SCVA Summer Soiree, a competitive, 4-day, friendship tournament held at the end of June.  

Travel requires dedication to volleyball and commitment to 2 practices per week throughout the season.  Dual sport athletes may participate but should be able to balance academics and both sports fully without compromise.
